Open the particular book you want to add and scroll down until you see the “Add to Wishlist” link. To view your wishlist, Login to your account and click on “Wishlist” on the My Account dropdown menu.

Sorry to hear that. You can however make a request and we will send you an email as soon as it is available.

Unpaid orders are kept in your cart for 60 minutes only. After the time has elapsed they are removed.

If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot my Password” link where you are logging in. You will be asked for the email address related to the account so the password reset link can be sent there.

Orders may be termed “pending” if we need to further validate billing or shipping address information, or in the case of time-out errors on the site.

If you do not receive a confirmation email with your order number within 1 business day, please talk to the Bookdealer or send us a mail.

Your order might be cancelled for any of the following reasons:

– your billing and shipping addresses could not be validated

–  your payment could not be validated

If your order has been cancelled we will most likely contact you beforehand. You can also make a complaint or send us a mail. Please endeavour to add your order ID.

No, once your order has been confirmed and you receive your order ID we cannot cancel or make changes to any part of the order. Please review your shipping address details and item details prior to completing your purchase.

Purchases are made on TheBookDealerNG via online payment gateways and direct bank transfers so if you have a functioning debit card (with money in it of course) then you’re good to go.

All transactions are safe and secured with Paystack so you have nothing to worry about.

Billing address is your main address, where your books will get delivered to. Shipping address is used when you want to deliver the book to a separate address.

We ship nationwide. Please allow 21 working days for your order to get to you. While waiting for your order to arrive you can also track it.

The shipping fee is dependent on the size of your order.

No, you cannot place an order at our site for delivery outside of Nigeria.

To track your order, Login to your account and select “Track Your Order” on the My Account dropdown menu. Enter your Order ID and email address used to place the order and click on “Track”.

Please send us an email at with your order number and a description of the damaged, missing or incorrect items, or fill the Refunds Form below.

Returns & Refunds

Books may be returned only under the following conditions:

– Items must be new, unopened and include all components
– Return shipments must be sent by traceable means within 30 days of the shipment date
– If your book still hasn’t been delivered after 21 working days, a full refund will be issued to you

Returns that meet the above conditions should be sent to: NIPOST, Tanke, Ilorin.
