Olunosen Louisa Ibhaze is a Nigerian writer and Poet who loves the ability to create memorable and humorous characters while telling real stories. She is inspired by everyday life, spirituality and women’s experiences in African tradition and culture. She has two published novels, “Truly, Deeply” published in May 2005 by Publish America and “Authentic Mama” published in February 2016 by Paperworth Books. She also wrote a collection of short stories Purple Mangoes published in May 2017 by Bahati Books UK) and a free verse collection (Winds Of My Sahara independently published in 2017).

Olunosen Louisa Ibhaze loves the ability to create memorable and humorous characters while telling real stories. She is inspired by everyday life, spirituality and women’s experiences in African tradition and culture.

She also has online journals on the World Pulse Project, African Writer, Naija Stories and The Voices Project.

She holds an Msc in Medical Sociology from Royal Holloway University of London, a second Msc in Globalization and Developmentfrom The Institute of Commonwealth Studies, London, a BSc in Sociology and Anthropology from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Nigeria. When she is not documenting daily life and women’s experiences through words , she indulges in her other passion, which is photography and travelling.
